LEED Certification
In today’s market, sustainable design, development, and construction have become a critical component to most construction projects. Ostrander Construction understands the need to create sustainable projects that have a smaller environmental footprint. We seek to reduce the impact on the environment from our construction projects while reducing operating costs for our customers.
When considering Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification for your building projects, specific criteria must be met for different types of construction projects in order for them to be recognized as LEED certified buildings. To meet the high standards of LEED certification, you need to partner with a general contractor that has the LEED expertise and experience you need to succeed in the certification process.
Ostrander Construction actively participates in the U.S. Green Building Council and has added LEED Certified construction to our expertise, and we employ LEED Accredited Professionals.
Our LEED expertise applies to pre-construction, construction, material management, commissioning, systems analysis, and life-cycle costs.
