For more than three decades, Ostrander Construction’s emphasis on communicating clearly, understanding project priorities, and minimizing missteps have created a significant portfolio of excellent projects and long list of satisfied clients.

The Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) required a complete overhaul of this 8,000 SF space at the Esplanade in Downers Grove. Following full demolition, Ostrander created a completely new floor plan with private offices, multiple conference rooms, a cafe, media space and reception. Sleek and durable finishes included floating wood ceiling grilles and polished concrete along with new carpet and floor tiles, quartz countertops and a glass backspace in the cafe. Pendant and recessed LED lighting are provided throughout.

The Society of Critical Care Medicine (SCCM) envisioned a collaborative and highly functional space for it’s new headquarters facility in Mount Prospect. Ostrander provided design-build services for this two-story, 11,000 SF space including selective demolition and the creation of a new floor plan featuring 18 hoteling rooms, seven conference rooms, media spaces, two coffee bars and a food service cafe. A new exterior anodized aluminum store front system with 1/4” tempered glass was installed to create a welcoming reception experience for visitors.

Leeco Steel is North America’s leading steel plate supplier, serving customers across the globe from their headquarters facility in Lisle. Upgrading their offices involved a fresh layout to provide six new offices, a conference room and other support spaces. The visitor entry features a radius storefront glass wall with perforated metal panels highlighted by a branded graphic along with new millwork at the reception and throughout key amenity areas.

Millbrook Real Estate Company hired Ostrander Construction to realize their vision for multiple spec suites at their Buffalo Grove office complex. The project required selective demolition, electrical and plumbing upgrades along with patching and finishing of acoustic ceiling system. Finishes included new LVT and carpet floor coverings as well as Corian solid surface countertops.
